Hi All.
I moved to Cambridge about a year a go, I've settled in and am
sticking my head above the trenches to see whats going on.
I've not get any real pet projects on the go at the moment, but these
days I'm all software/programming. I used to do a lot more embedded
systems and hardware.

Hi All,

Since Roger ventured out I thought I would say hello too. I moved to
Cambridge about a month ago, in fact I'm still moving and most of my
projects and equipment is in boxes at the moment. Hopefully before
long I'll be able to get back to them - I do some software work, but
that's mainly my day job so I do more electronics and mechanical
hacking in my spare time to get a bit of a change.

I used to belong to the Manchester hackspace ("HacMan") which had just
got going when I left and I'm hoping there's as much of an active
group of people down here to swap ideas with. Some of my current &
previous projects are up on http://srimech.blogspot.com in case anyone
is interested.

Hope I get a chance to meet some of you soon!

Hi everyone,

I tried posting a message a while back when I first discovered the
group but for one reason or another it never materialised- this seems
as good an opportunity as any to try again.

I've been living in Cambridge for about a year and studied here a few
years back. I'm now working as a software engineer and occasionally
post to Instructables if I make anything sufficiently interesting. It
would be great to meet some fellow hacker/makers, and the occasionally
mentioned "Super happy dev pub" sounds equally enticing :)

I'd be keen for a superhappydev pub... Currently away a lot on medical placements, but will lurk on here and make it when I can!

I would prefer not the Sat, but all of them are doable.
