NortHACKton's parent society (NSME) is having an official grand opening for it's new track extensions on the 2nd of May. We invite you all over to come visit us and ride the trains (free running all day) and hang around into the evening for some making.
NortHACKton hackerspace facilities are based within an established club of model engineers. They own the land, tooled the workshop, pay the bills and sort insurance. We turn up on Mondays and use the place so it's a pretty good deal for us.
NSME have just finished extending their tracks and are having a grand opening, we thought we'd invite our friends along and then once the place closes around 5pm the space will be free to be turned back into our hackspace for the night.
The general theme for the evening will be 'Make it glow' so break out your best POV and EL wire and once it gets dark we'll head out to the park and hopefully get some great photos from the night. All other hacks or projects are of course welcome though.

The train running times will be 1.30pm to 5pm, once the public has gone I suspect there will be a little bit of clear up for us locals and then we can have a normal meet from 5.30 onwards. The clubhouse will be available to us all afternoon anyway but it will be doubling as a tuck shop so we can't overrun the place until later.
