CSHC Fall Meeting

Good morning,

 

As you know, the CSHC Fall Meeting is right around the corner. After talking with Sue, there seems to be some discrepancy on who is attending, who has sent in registration forms, who has booked hotel rooms, etc.

 

If you are planning on coming and have NOT sent in a registration form yet, please let me (Ashley) know immediately. In addition, all registration forms along with payment must be sent to the AHC, not to the North Carolina Horse Council.

 

If you have any questions about the meeting itself, please contact Sue Gray at sue...@nchorsecouncil.com.

Do you have a copy of the budget as revised at the October meeting that
you could send me? I was not at the meeting as I was out of town.
What Budget Procedure do we have in place for doing the budget process?
I was wondering if the revised budget was approved or did we need to
wait until November to do it?

Michigan Horse Council should have paid the registration fee for Orvin Rohloff and me to attend as well as sent in a $500 check as a donation in support of the fall meeting.  If you did not receive these, please let me know.
