Ladies & Gentlemen,   The summer season this year will change in Saudi Arabia & Entire Gulf SHORTLY.   This year the summer will be very tough, the astronomer Dr.Khalid Al-Za’ak wrote an article in Al-Hayah Newspaper, that the temperature will reach approximately 70 - 75oC so please take care of your family and your kids.     Every morning be aware of the expected temperature FORECAST, you can know the temperature, wind direction and the visibility.     Drink plenty of water. Laban also cool the body. LIMIT YOUR TEA AND COFFEE INTAKE TO MINIMUM. THESE HEAT UP YOUR BODY AND YOU ARE BOUND TO GET IRRITATED AND RESTLESS WITH HEAT OUTSIDE.   Avoid synthetic material clothes – preferably wear cottons. Cottons cool and heal the body of heat. AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE STICK TO ALMOST FLAT OPEN FOOTWEAR  . THIS WILL REDUCE THE HEAT PRESSURE BUILDING IN YOUR LEGS. Kids will feel relief with cotton socks as it absorb the heat and sweat. USE THE UMBRELLA IF YOU HAVE TO WALK IN THE MORNING OR NOON SUN –OFTEN WE HAVE TO WALK FROM THE BUILDING TO THE PARKING LOT.   BE CAREFUL NOT TO SWITCH ON YOUR HOME AIRCONDITIONER ON FULL. DO NOT LEAVE PLASTIC WATER BOTTLES IN THE CAR IF YOU ARE LEAVING THE CAR. BE ALERT OF THE DANGERS READ CAREFULLY & BE RESPONSIBLE SPECIALLY WITH BABIES & CHILDREN !!!
