You can create an account to sell graphics if you set up a paypal account to a bank account (ask your parents, they can set it up of you wish)

If you would like to create a socail account use your twitter or facebook login to use the forums.

If you would like to create and add content (tutorials, graphic templates, blog posts) you can use any email address in the paypal account field; but if you sell something, you won't get paid.
