Pack 200 Jar Support in SM version 79+ (And JCompilo and autorelease-s3cmd projects)

Hi people,

I have recently added Pack 200 support to SM (and JCompilo ofc) as well as the autorelease-s3cmd project. Basically if you are using my autorelease build pipeline stage, it will automatically pack and gzip any release file with the label of "Jar" (if you are using my ANT templates or JCompilo then this will mean your main Jar and Tests only). If you are using another build tool then you can use the pack200 command

To use it just change you dependencies file from jar to pack or from tests to tests-pack. i.e

mvn://repo.bodar.com/com.googlecode.totallylazy:totallylazy:pack|sources:1125

What does this get you? well about 1/10th the size of the download. So SM is even faster for downloading but will use more CPU to unpack.

Notice this only works for future versions, I'm not going to go back and pack old releases for my libraries.
