I tried a few different forms of comment before seeing on the project site
that '#' is supposed to signify a comment. However it's causing the Ant
task to barf:

Given this (subsection):

mvn://repo.bodar.com/com.googlecode.funclate:funclate:jar|sources:90
#mvn://repo.marketcetera.org/maven/quickfixj:quickfixj-all:jar:1.5.2-bd
mvn:cglib:cglib-nodep:jar:2.2

I see this error:

Exception in thread "main"
com.googlecode.shavenmaven.internal.totallylazy.$LazyException:
java.net.MalformedURLException: no protocol: #
mvn://repo.marketcetera.org/maven/quickfixj:quickfixj-all:jar:1.5.2-bd
