Async?

Hi,

Im just getting started with EF6 and SharpRepository. I was wondering what the support is like for async? I want to make sure my calls aren't blocking.

Async is not yet implemented. It's something that is planned but I haven't had as chance yet unfortunately.

Jeff notes async was planned back in 2014, but still no sign yet (Aug 2016). Should we wait (pun intended) or use something else ?

Work was done on it and never tested thoroughly enough to get moved over unfortunately.  The async-merge branch is where it was left off, if anyone wants to pick it back up and that would be amazing.
