RBF Gaussian on the Substratre in HyperNeat

to SharpNEAT

RBF Gaussian was not working in SharpNEAT v2.2 on any experiments and it kept giving me a null exception, after upgrading to version 2.3.1 RBF is now working with other experiments. My question is can we use RBF Gaussian on the substrate while using the CPPN for HyperNEAT? While working on the earlier SharpNEAT version I kept getting a Null exception and really couldn't debug it. If anyone has an implementation please let me know thanks.
