Has anyone checked out DuoCode?  

The beta is not out yet but looking at the samples I think SharpKit offers much better control over the JavaScript output.

One thing that might be nice is the source map support so that debugging could be done with VS 2015.

Interesting!

Didn't try it yet, there isn't a download option in their website, seems like they're in a private beta stage. It's weird that they were able to implement a transpiler with Roslyn, since I've analyzed Roslyn and it's missing many features required to implement one properly.

BTW: I hope you know that SharpKit supports source maps as well :-) - if you don't - read about it here:
