OS X/Visual Studio Code Support

Now that Visual Studio is (sort of) cross-platform (http://code.visualstudio.com), any chance we could get support for OS X? I'd happily use MonoDevelop if VSC is still to early to extend with SharpKit.

Hi Chris,

Do you mean to have SharpKit working on mac? As far as I know, SharpKit can be installed and run on mac, although it wasn't tested or integrated with vscode yet. Can you explain in more detail? If you need help installing SharpKit on your mac let me know.
