Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with deep functional expertise in Testing, Cutover, and Go-Live Readiness for deployment projects, particularly within SAP S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business and technology teams, particularly guiding stakeholders who are more familiar with Oracle but new to SAP.

This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and can bring structure and clarity to complex deployment efforts. Strong communication and soft skills are essential, especially the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels—up to executive leadership—without using overly technical language.

In addition to strategic leadership, this role involves operational project support including scheduling meetings, tracking action items, capturing meeting notes, and following up on deliverables.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead deployment planning and execution efforts across testing, cutover, and go-live activities

·         Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support to business teams transitioning from Oracle to SAP

·         Set up and manage effective project governance, tracking milestones, issues, and risks

·         Facilitate clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders

·         Drive status reporting, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure alignment with timelines

·         Handle administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-ups

 

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

·         15–20+ years of project management experience, including SAP S/4HANA deployment

·         Strong functional knowledge of order-to-cash and related business processes

·         Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

·         Ability to work independently and maintain control in dynamic, high-stakes environments
