Jr. SAP GTS Analyst

Responsibilities:
· Recreating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Dangerous Goods Trade Compliance training systems.
· Investigating importing shipments of items flagged for certification from suppliers.
· Correspondence with brokers for various documents, invoices, and permits to either clear shipments past customs or claim duty drawback revenues.
· Document retrieval and distribution for auditing purposes.
· Approve and process invoices.
· Develop enterprise-wide global trade compliance metrics; disseminate Power BI dashboards to key functional stakeholders
· Execute analysis and prepares Customs valuation adjustments related to Transfer Price Adjustments-globally
· Created processes to streamline document retention, review metrics, and newsletter
· The Analyst will be privy to highly confidential financial information and must work within the scope of attorney/consultant and client privilege.
· Provide technical and analytical support for customs and trade compliance matters, ensuring compliance with all relevant customs regulations and trade laws and regulations, including 19CFR, 15CFR, FDA, USDA, and other US regulatory agency requirements.
· Performs global classification of finished goods and raw materials, and equipment transfers
Qualifications:
· 3 Years’ direct experience performing SAP GTS functions
· 3 Years’ experience working in the trade compliance field
· I am skilled in SharePoint, PowerBI, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
