Role Overview

We are  seeking an experienced Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant to serve as a thought partner alongside our internal Workday team in the design, configuration, and rollout of our Workday Compensation Review process. This role will bring deep expertise in Workday's Compensation Review functionality to help ensure we make informed, strategic decisions throughout the implementation. The consultant will collaborate closely with HR, Total Rewards, and IT stakeholders to validate process design choices, provide best practice guidance, and help us configure a solution that aligns with Solventum's business needs and compensation philosophy.

 

Skills:

 

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on Workday Advanced Compensation configuration experience, including Compensation Review cycles.
  • Experience implementing or supporting at least two full Compensation Review cycles in Workday.
  • Strong understanding of HR and compensation processes (merit, bonus, stock, market adjustments).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Minimum 5 years of hands-on Workday Advanced Compensation configuration experience, including Compensation Review cycles.
