Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst Specialist who thrives on curiosity, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions, ensuring clarity, alignment, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Translation – Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document business needs, converting them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Communication & Facilitation – Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding of priorities, requirements, and objectives.
Documentation & Analysis – Develop process flows, future-state diagrams, functional specifications, and maintain accurate project documentation.
Project Coordination – Support agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), track progress, identify risks, and escalate blockers as needed.
Continuous Improvement – Gather feedback post-implementation, validate solutions through UAT, and recommend process or system enhancements.
Change Enablement – Assist in preparing training materials and user guides to support adoption of new processes and systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with a technology or business focus.
5+ years of experience in business analysis, with expertise in tools such as Figma, Miro, and Jira.
3+ years of experience working in or leading agile teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
