string/varchar size

I see the CanGenerateDatabaseSchema schema defaults to nvarchar(255) is the a way to set individual property length. I.e. I want the NVarchar(MAX) is the away of doing it from the class without having to change it manually every time I rune CanGenerateDatabaseSchema? Can I als chaneg from NVarchar to Varchar?

I would think that you would be able to apply the same concept at the global level within YourProject.NHibernateProvider/Conventions.cs, but I have not tried to do so yet.
