I've noticed that the install instructions are no longer in the
reference guide.
Is it now placed somewhere else?

I see it has moved to the bottom of the doc...

Thanks for bringing this up...it would be useful to include the
deployment of the VS template in the section which describes general
setup. I'll be sure to adjust it, accordingly.
