Hi guys,

There is a requirement for a WPF client and Windows Service for an
existing S#arp Architecture project and I was wondering what
ISessionStorage to use? I have used SimpleSessionStorage in some of my
integration tests already and the Northwind sample test project also
use the same in MappingIntegrationTests. I have also heard that the
Contrib project is going to have support for Winforms and
WindowsService but I haven't found any ISessionStorage implementation
in that specific to Winforms/WPF/WindowService. So I am assuming
SimpleSessionStorage should work for both WPF/Winform and Windows
Service?

Nabeel - please make sure to ask your questions on Stack Overflow as well. While I answered this email, there is no guarantee I will answer the next one. I do however check SO multiple times per day and try to answer where and when I can.

Not sure where you "heard" that the contrib is going to support WinForms and Windows Service, it already does. And yes, to use WinForms or Windows Service, use the SimpleSessionStorage.

Hi Alec,

I have posted questions on SO and doesn't seem to get any response
there e.g I posted about wcf on SO
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3112911/using-wcf-services-in-sarp-architecture-project
. Anyways I will post on SO from now on as well.

With regards to your question, where I heard that S#arp contrib will
support Winforms & Windows Services?...well.. its on the wiki

http://wiki.sharparchitecture.net/SharpArchContrib.ashx

Its the second bullet from the top.

Thanks
Nabeel
