Good morning,

We want to thank everyone for the support for our food drive.  We have collected a bunch of food so far and will continue until 11/15. 😊  If you wish to donate online instead of dropping off food the link is below.  Of course we can always swing by your residence and collect donations if it easier.

Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina's July 2023 - June 2024 Funds for Food Drive - CMPD South Division Food Dive (onecause.com)

We were also asked to remind citizens of our CMPD app, MyCMPD, so everyone can be informed with what’s occurring in the city.  If you choose to download the app, the logo you are looking for is:

Beth and I do the best we can to inform yall on Fridays of the week’s events and as yall KNOW, we do not particularly like Nextdoor and only utilize it to post about events and direct crime trends in a specific community.  We prefer to notify yall about what’s going on in our response area through our crime alerts.  Hopefully it gives a more personable way to communicate with us as your liaisons for the area you live.

As we always say at the end of our emails, please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.  If you have a question about something occurring in the city and it is not in our immediate response area, we can also look into things and let you know.!

We hope everyone has a great weekend..!

Good morning,

We want to remind everyone with the cold weather upon us, we HIGHLY recommend doing everything you can to NOT leave your car running unattended.  In the early morning hours when people warm up their cars we have seen an increase of stolen vehicles because of it.   Although it is nice to walk out to a nice warm car, it would not be so nice to walk out to NO car and standing there in the cold..!!

We hope everyone has a great weekend.  As always, please let us know if you have any questions or concerns…!
