There’s a few days left of our Toy Drive! Thank you so much for all of you that have contributed so far, we have the BEST response area. 😊
We will be delivering the toys next week and will send pictures out on next week’s crime alerts.
This past week in case you haven’t noticed there has been a lot of activity along our Carmel Road corridor regarding traffic stops. Our CMPD Motor unit has been in the district all week and Brian and I assisted them with an operation on Tuesday.
They have also focused on other areas of the district, they rotate between all 13 of our districts throughout the city.
As you can probably tell traffic always picks up during the holiday season. PLEASE slow down!

The victim was parking, an unknown suspect run up to them and pointed a firearm at them and demanded the car keys. The suspect pushed the victim to the ground and stole the vehicle from the parking deck. The vehicle was recovered by SHP on I-77 N at approx 11:30a.
