Happy Friday!
Unfortunately there has been a lot of crime in our area this week. ☹ PLEASE make sure you are following the crime prevention tips below! They are extremely helpful and they will help secure your personal property. Please share the information with your friends and family.
You will notice that we are seeing a lot of smashed windows with nothing stolen from the vehicles, most the time criminals wont smash the windows if they see NOTHING in your vehicle. They are also looking to steel your vehicle with an extra fob that is usually kept inside. PLEASE don’t leave any extra fobs in your vehicles.
Make sure ALL outside lights are on.

As most of you know I'm heavily involved with Special Olympics North Carolina. In February I will be attending my last state conference after being involved with LETR since about 2003. The relationships I have formed with the athletes and their families have meant more to me than any dollar I ever raised. The athletes are BRAVER than most people I know! (wish I was as strong as they are sometimes). Please help me support my friends, as I start my last year involved with SONC/LETR.

- Leave Outside Lights On
- Shut & Lock Garage Doors and Windows
- DO NOT LEAVE KEYS IN VEHICLES
- Call 911 if you see any suspicious people or vehicles!
- Have a trusted neighbor keep an eye on your property if you’re going out of town!
- Set your Alarms!
- DO NOT LEAVE GUNS IN VEHICLES
- IF YOU HAVE AN ALARM- PLEASE REGISTER YOUR ALARM AT THE BELOW SITE.
- IF YOU HAVE AN ALARM, MAKE SURE YOU’RE USING IT.
- IF YOU HAVE ANY VIDEO SURVEILLANCE, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ALERTS ARE ON.

Two suspects were in the process of breaking into vehicles, resident in area saw the suspects called 911, 3rd shift officers located suspects and they were ARRESTED.

Two suspects entered the store placed beauty products in their purse and left the store.

Unknown suspect entered the victim’s residence through an UNLOCKED WINDOW and stole multiple items including money, clothes and tools.
