Good Morning,
Please make sure you are following our crime prevention tips below. Take measures to protect your property, especially lighting driving around at night and early morning we see a lot of driveways and houses that are very dark. The criminals love the darkness because they can’t be seen.
If you read the reports below, the highlighted areas concern us the most. The crime prevention tips below are what we need everyone to be doing EVERYDAY so the criminals don’t continue to repeatedly come cake to the area.

The victim reported an unknown suspect broke and entered their vehicle by an unknown means and stole a purse left inside vehicle.

The victim reported an unknown suspect began yelling at them while walking into the sauna. Later the suspect attacked the victim causing injury.

Officers responded to a stolen vehicle in North division. While on scene that victim advised there was a vehicle left running with the ignition damaged down the road. Officers gathered information and spoke with the owner of the unoccupied vehicle who advised it had been stolen while they were asleep.

The victim reported an unknown suspect stole a wallet from their purse while shopping at Home Goods. Their credit/debit cards were used at SouthPark mall fraudulently.

The victim reported an unknown suspect broke and entered their UNLOCKED vehicle and stole debit/credit cards from inside. The cards were used fraudulently in Charlotte.

The victim business reported 2 suspects damaged 4 cell phone security phone holders in an attempt to steal the phone. The suspects could not get the phones out of the security devices and fled the scene.

The victim reported an unknown suspect broke and entered their residence through an UNLOCKED door overnight and stole cash and medication from inside.

Officers observed a window screen torn off a window and the kitchen window open. Officers cleared the vacant house that was staged for resale, and nothing was reported missing.

Unknown suspect entered the victim’s UNLOCKED vehicle and dismantled the steering column in an attempt to steel the vehicle.

Unknown suspect entered an UNLOCKED garage and stole the victim’s vehicle that had the keys inside. The garage was attached to the residence.

Unknown suspect smashed the window of the victim’s Kia and dismantled the steering column in an attempt to steel the vehicle.

The victim reported an unknown suspect broke the rear window of the vehicle and rummaged through the vehicle. Nothing was reported missing from inside the vehicle.
