Dwarkamai have been building strong devotional community. Body, Mind and Spirit has always been the target. Now we need to target Skills as well. I understand there are many people who have graduated in India and are unable to have a concrete path of professional development in USA and are emotionally losing self confidence in their work skills. This makes low confidence state of mind, so now here I am trying to take a mission to build strong professional skills in the community by having another community based organization. Which will invite various Gurus in technology to provide seminars and workshops.

 

I like open source Linux based software development and I am very active member in open source development.

 

Now, I have filed a new organization called "Guru Virtues Inc" which will do Linux based software development and will contribute towards open source development.

 

This organization is volunteer based and will learn and teach the latest technology to the members of the organization. This organization will be community based and will be affiliated with http://opensource.org/. Guru Virtues will conduct all its workshops and seminars in association with Dwarkamai sharing the motto of skills development in various technology areas by inviting Guru's in those areas. These organizations will go together hand-in-hand and use common locations. Dwarkamai is religious and Guru Virtues will be non-religious based community.

 

This is a technical skills development project with grace of Shri Sai which will be based on practical workshops and presentations.

 

If you wish to be a volunteer for this community effort in open source community please send me an email reply.

 

Some of the hands-on workshop will be on following topics,

 

- Multicore Multithread Programming

- Embedded Linux Development

- Big-Data Analytics using Private Cloud

- Apache Camel Integration

- Apache Spark Compute Engine

- Distributed Unstructured Database

 

All this will need some background of Linux, C, C++, JAVA. It is not meant for beginners. It is advanced skill development for those who have left out in woods of USA after their good professional experience in India.

 

Guru Virtues by now have 8 high-end servers with each 96GB RAM and 4TB disk-drives. Many of this projects will be targeted towards software usage for Dwarkamai itself but skills will be developed on what latest technology job demands for good jobs to the community.

 

I look forward for serious learners who can spend time on the workshop and strengthen their skills for their own benefits and help community as well to strengthen their skills to develop individuals who can have better professional life along with becoming well spiritual being.

If you already have a job and wish to upgrade skills still you are welcome but be kind and helpful to give your time and justice to the team you are working with. Most of the team members will be those who seek to upgrade their skills and get a job some where. Please see that this organization is not for giving you a job. It will not give you a job, it will not place you for job. It will develop you in the latest skills demanded in the market and you yourself have to find a job and after finding a job you can help this organization to help others by giving your time to conduct webinars, seminars and workshops.
