Hi all,
As the senior ECs, I am contacting you first to finalize a date for a meeting to discuss NECA improvements – primarily about web-page.
I have tentatively chalked in Saturday, 08-Nov-2014 between 1:30 and 3:30 pm for this meeting.
Since I will bring in a group that is interested in showing us what it will cost and functionalities we get, I have tentatively booked a large meeting room in Ashland Public Library.
Can you please confirm that you are ok with this date? Once I hear from you guys, I’ll post this more publicly to all ECs in the EC group and then I’ll post it to the Yahoo group for the new teams without an ECs.
Please respond. I’d like to finalize the date/time between us first by Wednesday so that I can send the general notice to everyone else.
