NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

The Planning Board of the Town of Sharon will be holding a Public Hearing for the purpose of reviewing the following:

 

The Board received an Application for a Subdivision from Larry L. Gardenour, etal relating to their property off South Road, Map 3 Lot 42.  This lot is 49 acres, and the applications asks for a division to provide 2 adjacent lots, one with 20.7 acres and the second with 28.3 acres. At the Board meeting on May 11, 2021 the application was accepted as complete.  

 

There will be a site visit on Saturday, May 22 at 9:00 AM at the property on South Road

 

The Public Hearing is scheduled for 6:

00 PM, Monday May 24 at the Sharon Meetinghouse.
