RE: OVBS TIME CHANGE EFFECTIVE FROM TUESDAY, 1st APRIL 2014

Dear Friends,

Good Morning to all.

 

           Since most of the Schools re-open after vacation,  effective from TUESDAY THE 1^st April 2014, there is a change in the timing of the OVBS.  Pl refer the attached program sheet.  OVBS will start only at 6.30 PM.

 

           Please note the change in the BUS TIMING from 01/04/2014 (TUESDAY) onwards.   Buses will start from 4.45 PM and expected to reach at Church by 6.20PM.    The rescheduled timing sheet attached.   Please make arrangements to prepare your children accordingly.   

·        Also Please note:-      there is only pick up facility on the final day, THURSDAY the 3^rd April.   Return transport facility is not arranged for the day.  Please make alternate arrangements.

 

Please ignore my previous mail as there is a correction in the Month.
