This is to intimate you about the Annual Get-together of SHARJAH AREA of
St. Thomas Orthodox Cathedral, Dubai,
at DUBAI CREEK PARK (near to our church )
on:
Friday, 24th January 2013 from 12.00 am to 5.00 PM.
(Since it is a Friday, we fixed the venue as Creek Park as members can come conveniently after Morning Qurbana and Sunday school.)
Hoping this date will be convenient for all of us. Make it convenient to attend and enjoy the gathering.
Please confirm your attendance by return mail so that necessary arrangements for food and other consumables can be arranged.
- Please bring mats, folding chairs and folding tables, football or other such items for play, if available in your possession. Also you can sponsor chips or snacks.
- Inviting Suggestions to make the event more enjoyable and memorable.
The expenses for the event is on sharing basis, and fixed to AED.25/- per person. This included Snacks, Lunch, Tea, consumables, prizes, etc.
