Bachelor in Civil, having 15+ years of representing a major contractor and have handled at least one large scheme project.
A thorough understanding of Technical Submittals, Risk Assessment with respect to contracts, Variation Preparation in bidding and claims analysis is required.
Knowledge of site construction from a supervisory role, and/or experience as a site quantity surveyor, cost engineer or contracts administrator.
The candidate must have dealt with major international contractors would be an added advantage.
He is required to handle pre and post contract administration and contract documents. Other responsibilities include claim negotiations involved with post commercial issues; prepare cost reports, manage excellent relationship with consultants & contractors and negotiate with suppliers & contractors.
Lead Concrete technologist (QA QC manager)
Should be responsible for establishing concrete mix design of various grades of concrete for special applications like early strength with high workability, establishing different types of concrete as per project requirement.
International Specifications, formulating, implementing and adhering to Quality Plan, working with High Rise pumping of more than 350 mtrs; Hands on experience in designing mixes, handling Quality Control for Grades of 100 MPa or more in field of Concrete Technology
Manager – Scheduling
Monitor project progress and update master programme accordingly. Prepare project master programme and weekly/monthly construction schedules. Propose plans for works acceleration. Conducting weekly progress review meeting at site. Must be B.E. with 15 yrs plus exp. and worked on a large scheme/super high rise. Prepare detailed construction schedule, make the Site Team aware about time line. To prepare MIS reports.
Manager – Construction Logistic
Must be B.E. with 12 yrs plus exp. and worked on a large scheme/super high rise managing the material logistic at a complex site. Have worked under pressure and have met the deadline in terms of managing the resources and keeping up with the schedule of the project.
