Location: Wilmington, DE (Day 1 Onsite)

Job Description:
Note- Look for SAP Solution Architect Need to have experience in SAP ECC and S/4 ,besides the understanding of typical SAP infrastructure, data and integration of bolt-ons and 3rd party apps.
· Min 10 years of experience technical architecture design. Implementation experience of at least 3 large transformation programs and 1 at least on S/4 Hana
· Experience in Carve out and merger projects is an added advantage
· Must have ability of to define Target SAP Landscape and oversee projects deliver as per the definition
· Define Technical Architecture Blueprint after discussions with multiple system key stakeholders
· Develop the SAP Landscape Build and Deployment Plan including Logical System
· Develop the Change and Release Management Plan
· Must have overview on SAP systems architecture and Work with Hardware, Hosting amp; Infrastructure, as well as the Support Service Partners, to understand preferred technologies and capabilities
· Develop and maintain the Technical Architecture approach, including the development of Technical Architecture Road Maps and Standards, Sizing Standards, Change Control Standards etc.
· Work with Business and Project Representatives to understand Technical Architecture performance, availability, and recovery requirements and translate those in agreed SLAs and KPIs
· Work with Process and Functional leads in SAP project to understand the Solution Architecture and suggest best practices
· Derive suitable SAP and non-SAP Products, Versions and Maintenance Plans to support the Solution Architecture
· Work with the Project and Business as Usual teams, the Technical Service Partner and the Infrastructure Hosting team to define and implement the overall Technical Plan.
· Ensure the applicable teams deploy good SAP practice in operating the solution and advice clients accordingly
· Knowhow of Cloud and Hybrid Architecture. Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and other SAP SaaS solutions
· Demonstrated leadership skills
· Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a fast pace environment
