Customer Service Representatives (Voice Process) 

Role Summary/Purpose:
Our customer service representatives answer the phones to respond to the general customer inquiries, concerns, complaints and arrange the service requested by the customer by projecting a professional company image through phone interaction 

Essential Responsibilities
• Receiving calls from customers based out of US
• Solving queries and concerns on the call 
• Arranging for any service required by the Customer
• Provide Customer with product and service information
• Up sell Products and Services
• Follow-up on customer inquiries and resolve
• Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
• Recommend process improvements. 

Customer Service Qualifications/Requirements

• Excellent English Communications Skills
• Passion for customer services 
• Unyielding Integrity
• Ability to work in a challenging environment
• Flexibility to work in US shifts
• Knowledge of basic computer skills
• Age above 18 years
• Intermediate / Graduate in any discipline 
• 1 Year to 9 years of experience (We are not hiring Fresher’s for Customer Service Role)

Rounds of Interview for CSR – HR ,Voice n Accent, Operations (Final Round) of interview

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives (e-Chat Process) for our Hyderabad centre with the below mentioned expertise: 

Role Summary/Purpose 
The role entails providing high quality customer service to the credit card customers via e-chat while ensuring that required service is rendered in accordance with the policies and procedures.

Essential Responsibilities 
• Be available as per the schedule to eChat with customers based out of US
• Resolve customer queries and concerns through eChat. 
• Ensure efficient, effective and accurate service is provided to the customers. 
• Provide customers with complete product and service information. 
• Follow-up on customer inquiries and resolve.

Qualifications/Requirements 
• Should be Customer Service Centric, Excellent English Verbal Communication Skills
• Working knowledge of Computers, Professional writing etiquettes and ability to work with a Team.
• Should have zeal to learn and perform as per stringent targets.
• Passion for customer services 
• Unyielding Integrity
• Flexibility to work in US shifts
• Intermediate / Graduate in any discipline (BE, B Tech's and MCA Fresher’s need not apply)

Essential Requirement/ Characteristics 
• 1 year of Prior experience in e-chat is mandatory

Required Documents post selection (for both echat & CSR): 
• 10th onwards mark sheets and certificates, 
• 2 passport size photos
• ID proof (copy of pan card / passport /driving license), 
• Address proof (copy of Passport / electricity bill / telephone bill)
