Customer Service Representatives (Voice Process) Role Summary/Purpose: Our customer service representatives answer the phones to respond to the general customer inquiries, concerns, complaints and arrange the service requested by the customer by projecting a professional company image through phone interaction Essential Responsibilities • Receiving calls from customers based out of US • Solving queries and concerns on the call • Arranging for any service required by the Customer • Provide Customer with product and service information • Up sell Products and Services • Follow-up on customer inquiries and resolve • Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls. • Recommend process improvements. Essential Responsibilities • Be available as per the schedule to eChat with customers based out of US • Resolve customer queries and concerns through eChat. • Ensure efficient, effective and accurate service is provided to the customers. • Provide customers with complete product and service information. • Follow-up on customer inquiries and resolve.
