Role	Project Management
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills	• 1~2 years of experience in Project Management • Technical and functional team management experience including TCS and customer team members • Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Roles and responsibility	ü Take Ownership of project planning, communication ü Responsible for scheduling and driving review meetings, publish meeting agenda and minutes of meeting ü Create project plan (MS Excel, Microsoft Project Management) ü Follow up on project deliverables with owners ü Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks ü Good written and oral communication
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills	Retail related Business knowledge primarily in Warehouse Management will be an advantage Flexible, Leadership with Problem solving skills Technical -  Oracle PLSQL or Java
