Dear all,

The collaboration with Valeo is settled down finally.

We finally confirm with Nanjing site that the visit will be fixed on March 25. Please see below Agenda:

9:00-12:30 SBS training

12:30-13:30 Lunch 

13:30-14:00 SBS training-conclusion  

14:00-14:20 Break 

14:20-14:40 Presentation Nanjing + Group 

14:40-15:30 Plant tour 

15:30-15:50 Prepare for comments/suggestion  

15:50-16:50 Workshop: Brainstorm with site management team from R&D, Project, Production, Quality, Log.& VPS 

16:50  End 

Please notice  points:

1. - Please take the early train, try to arrive at Nanjing before 8:00-30 AM like G102, D2202. As the schedule is very tight. They will arrange a shuttle but to pick us up in train station. Or we can arrive there on 24th, March...
2. - Try to be on time 
   
3. - Take notes book & be prepared for the questions to ask in advance
   
4. - Be safe !
   

Please transfer this email to your team members. This is a great opportunity for us to know more about supply chain and the factory operation pattern. You will receive the reimbursement for money that you spent on transportation.
