Hi Tingting,

We have decided to start printing the invitation letters for all international participants so that they get enough time for their visa application.
Can you put a final message to the Chinese members for registration (in case someone wants to come and hasn't already registered) ?

We need to know the final list of international participants as our Dean himself will need to sign on invitation letter of each participant. We want to submit all the letters to the Dean by this weekend.
