怡安翰威特是全球四大顶尖人力资源咨询公司之一，target school 一直是清北复交，所以在我浙感觉好像没什么名气，实则非常牛逼，尤其是有意向在人力资源行业发展的同学来说。

2015 Consultant Internship Program at Aon Hewitt China Offices

Internship Vacancies:
·Performance and Rewards Consulting, Intern (Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou)
·Performance and Talent Consulting, Intern (Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen)
·RFM Consulting, Intern (Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen) - Insurance and Actuary Major preferred
What’s your responsibility?
· Assist consultants for client engagement
· Market research, data collection and cleaning
· Document filing and management;
· Other job assigned e.g. translation
What we are looking for in a candidate?
· Bachelor degree or above, graduate in 2015 or 2016 preferred
· Intellectual curiosity, accountable, team player and hard working
· Excellent communication and presentation skill
· Proficiency in oral and written English
· At least 3-4 days per week for 6 months
· Onboarding date: September,2014

· Support on real client engagements to experience the consultant’s daily life
