[ShARE] member access and outputs

Dears,

 

As some of you noticed last time, our member access in the ShARE poratal is not updated. Many of us remain junior member while new members have not been assigned an account.

 

Now I am very glad to say these issues are finally solved as-

 

For members who have already submitted their outputs, please send your names to me before tonight, and I will promote you to confirmed members.

 

For members who have not submitted yet ( Including new members) , please contact your network manager ( Zhu Siqian / Xu Minglu / Zhou Ming) asap. Network managers should help arrange that for you. 

 

Let's set the deadline of our team at Dec 15th. All members are required to submit at least one output and do one presentation before the deadline. As we cannot have many speakers at one time, I strongly suggest that you deliever it asap. :)

 

For new members, please finish the training requrired on the portal as well. We went through a tough time last year trying desperately to have the trainings done before the DDL...Hope this won't happen this year... And the trainings are very helpful for you to understadn the requirments of ShARE.

 

BTW, due to the Internet condition of my apartment, I have some problem accessing Gmail from time to time...
