Bongloy.com is an API based payment gateway that enables technology solution providers to easily accept payments online and in mobile apps. --- Speakers: Chanda Pen is a technologist, entrepreneur and photographer. Chanda has over 14 years of product development and IT experience. Prior to Bongloy, Chanda is the managing partner for Mouypi Studio, a personal technology incubator company in Cambodia that have invested in Socialwall.asia, a social media marketing platform and Wasado.com, an online marketplace. Before moving to Cambodia in 2013, Chanda spent 11 years with Qwest Communications managing development of software and re-engineering of enterprise level architecture of existing and new products. He also co-founded PlaeOnline Corporation – a business solutions provider, which became one of 3COM’s premier resellers in the Rocky Mountain Region. As a photographer, several art collectors nationwide have collected his work He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Barry University and an Executive Masters of Science in Technology Management from Columbia University.
David Wilkie is a Software Engineer with over 8 years of experience in writing web applications using the latest technologies. After graduating from Swinburne University of Technology with a Bachelor of Computer Science and Software Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Robotics and Mechatronics he worked for Siemens in Melbourne Australia before moving to Southeast Asia in 2009. Before moving to Cambodia in 2012, he worked as a Software Engineer for various Silicon Valley companies including Tddium, a hosted CI platform and Indinero, a hosted accounting and tax service. After moving to Cambodia in 2012, David started a mobile dating service called Chibi. The service is currently running with 3 telcos and has over 100K registered members. David now calls Cambodia home and has a certificate in Khmer fluency from the Royal University of Phnom Penh after studying the one year intensive Khmer literacy program.
