Telecom Billing System is the group process of telecom operators that are responsible to collect consumption data, calculate charging and billing information, produce bills to customers, process their payments and manage debt collection.

Telecom billing System will covers the concepts of integrated solution for voice, data, and content, prepaid and postpaid convergence on Mobile. After the audiences participates in this workshop, they will understand at least how billing system for Mobile Operator works when they are using voice and data services.
