Need east coast candidates who are local!!!!

Need someone who has been involved in building a new data warehouse from scratch, has strong sql, transformer, cognos 10 (framework manager, reporting) experience.

Cognos developer 7+ years experience who has very very strong SQL, (stored procedures, Triggers experience)
Will also need cognos framework and cognos reporting
