Hi Everyone,

Today's the perfect time to post my reflections on last weeks show,
and to list what's needed for next week's.

Footage of last week's event is up on the site, and is on our show
page on blip.tv. For what it was, I couldn't be more pleased by the
footage. No problems there, and it'll be even better when there's
more to film (i.e. more people).

Wacky use of wipes are really good, surprisingly. I'd like to see
more of that.

For next week:
1. I'm working on getting one more person in the booth to do graphics
and credits. It's a really simple job, so if you have anyone in mind
for that post, please suggest them.

2. As discussed, roll-ins will be burnt to DVD instead of mini DV.
During the show, lets start the feature at 15 minutes in, and the
intermission animation at 30 minutes in.

3. Hopefully, I'll be able to act as floor director. We discussed
having 2-way headsets for communication between the booth and the
floor-- who was going to bring them in?

4. Next week's guest is Broken Victrola, a sound and video outfit.
They're slated to perform at 45 minuted in. I want to avoid any
problems with their video set-up. What information should I pass on
to them about the studio's set up, so we can prepare for their
appearance?

5. Please help out by talking-up the event to anyone you might know
who'd be interested. I'd love to get a lot more people down there,
and also, I'd really love not to have to perform!

Okay, those are my notes for now. If there are any other matters to
be discussed, feel free to bring it up here.
