Question regarding calendaring & organization structuring software

Hi All,

 

I hope you all are doing well. I was hoping to be at Marbridge next month, but I have a personal commitment at the same time we have an organizational event.

 

I wanted to ask if anyone is using a software that does a good job of coordinating individuals separate calendars (med appts, meetings, fun events, etc) and coordinating all of them across multiple service/support areas into one place? We are trying to use existing set ups but its not working very well. Thank you for any insights.

We use a shared Google calendar where each resident has a unique color assigned. Case managers have figured out a way to pull these individual resident calendar and use them 1-1 with those on their caseload.

Good morning Aaron,

I will miss seeing you at Marbridge. Hope you are doing well!

We use Google Calendar as well. It easy to select the calendar/person you want to see - one or multiple. 

We have residents assigned to groups and then informational vs rides vs appts, etc have different colors so the team knows what their schedule looks like for the day. 

We also use it for our work calendars as well - everything in one place and you can make it look as overwhelming 🥴 or easy as you’d like for the day!
