Scroll Bars within Lists

Hello. I am very new to SharePoint 2007 and would like to add an
enhancement to a web part that I hope does not require advanced
skills. What I have is a list displayed on the main page of a
SharePoint site. There are many items in the list (about 100), which
means users must use the browser to scroll through to the bottom. How
can I add scroll bars directly to the lsit itself? Is there a special
web part for this?
