Title:- Test Engineer Level
Location:- Cleveland, OH
Total positions- 5
Rate- $50/hr
SUMMARY/SCOPE OF POSITION:
Program, configure and run Rockwell Automation ControlLogix control system
components in automation customer configurations for Functional and System
Testing of control system components.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Develop and Follow detailed Test Specifications.
2. Performs integration of test hardware and test software with product under
test.
3. Develop design documentation and test procedures for the test equipment.
4. Execute tests according to Test Specifications and record results.
5. Document work, tests, anomalies according to Test Department standards.
6: Good communication skills.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Projects require self-direction and ability to adjust to changes in priority
and scope. To be able to work in a dynamic team oriented organization, which
demands a sense of urgency, customer focus, and process improvement. Projects
involve the interaction between departments including Design Engineering,
Operations, and Quality.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree(or equivalent experience) in electronics or electrical
engineering, or computer science.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience with Rockwell Automation ControlLogix
system components.
2. System Integrator experience is an important bonus.
3. Current experience and fluent with Rockwell Automation ControlLogix L6x, L7x
products and/or CompacLogix Ly controllers.
4. Current experience and fluent with Rockwell Automation RSLogix5000
(Studio5000/LogixDesigner) software
5. Demonstrated experience writing and configuring ControlLogix applications.
Bonus Experience
6. Current experience (Setup, Debug, and use) with Industrial Ethernet Networks
using Cisco switching infrastructure.
