ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံဆိုင္ရာ ကုလလူ႔အခြင့္အေရးအထူးကုိယ္စားလွယ္ မစၥတာကင္တားနားက ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံရိွ လူ႔အခြင့္အေရး ေစာင့္ၾကည့္ေလ့လာသည့္ အဖဲြ႕စည္းမ်ားႏွင့္ ေတြ႕ဆံုရာတြင္ အသစ္ထြက္ရိွလာသည့္ ဥပေဒသစ္မ်ားတြင္ လူအခြင့္အေရးခ်ိဳးေဖာက္သည့္အခ်က္မ်ား ပါ၀င္လာသည္ကုိ စုိးရိမ္ေၾကာင္း ေျပာၾကားခဲ့သည္။

ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံရိွ လူ႔အခြင့္ေရးရာေစာင့္ၾကည့္ေလ့လာေရးႏွင့္ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးလုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ား လုပ္ေဆာင္ေနသည့္အဖြဲ႕ သံုးဖြဲ႔ ႏွင့္ ႏွစ္ႏွစ္နာရီအၾကာ ေတြ႕ဆံုသည့္ ေဆြးေႏြးပဲြတြင္ ေျပာၾကားခဲ့ျခင္းျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း လူ႔အခြင့္အေရး လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္ ေဆာင္ရြက္သူ Equlity Myanmar မွ ၫႊန္ၾကားေရးမွဴး ဦးေအာင္မ်ိဳးမင္းကေျပာသည္။

““ဥပေဒသစ္မွာပါတဲ့ အေၾကာင္းအရာေတြထဲက လူ႔အခြင့္အေရးခ်ိဳးေဖာက္တဲ့ဥပေဒေတြ အခ်က္အလက္ေတြကုိ ေနျပည္ေတာ္မွာ ေတြ႕ဆံုပဲြမွာ ႏုိင္ငံေခါင္းေဆာင္ေတြကုိ ေျပာသြားမယ္လုိ႔ သူက ေျပာသြားတယ္”” ဟု ဦးေအာင္မ်ိဳးမင္းကေျပာသည္။

လူ႔အခြင့္အေရးခ်ိဳးေဖာက္သည့္အခ်က္မ်ား ပါ၀င္သည္ဆုိေသာ ဥပေဒမ်ားမွာ အသင္းအဖဲြ႕ ဆုိင္ရာဥပေဒၾကမ္း၊ စီတန္းလွည့္လည္ခြင့္ဆုိင္ရာဥပေဒ၊ မီဒီယာဥပေဒ၊ ႏုိင္ငံျခား ရင္းႏွီးျမႇဳပ္ႏွံမႈဥပေဒႏွင့္ အဂတိလုိက္စားမႈတုိက္ဖ်က္ေရးဥပေဒတို႔ျဖစ္သည္ဟုဆုိသည္။
