ေဆြးေႏြးပြဲသို႔ တက္ေရာက္လာသည့္ ၈၈ အဖြဲ႔မွ ဦးကိုကိုႀကီး ဓာတ္ပံု-သန္းထူး

ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္ၿငိမ္၀ပ္ပိျပားမႈ တည္ေဆာက္ေရးအဖဲြ႕လက္ထက္က ထုတ္ျပန္ျပ႒ာန္းခဲ့ေသာ ၆/၈၈ ဥပေဒဟု လူသိမ်ားသည့္ အသင္းအဖဲြ႕မ်ား ဖဲြ႕စည္းျခင္းဆိုင္ရာ ဥပေဒကို လက္ရွိတြင္ ဆိုင္းငံ့ထားရန္ အရပ္ဘက္လူ႔အဖဲြ႕အစည္းမ်ားက လႊတ္ေတာ္ကိုယ္စားလွယ္မ်ားႏွင့္ေတြ႕ဆံုစဥ္ ေတာင္းဆိုၾကသည္။

ျပည္သူ႔လႊတ္ေတာ္က ေရးဆဲြထားေသာ အဖဲြ႕အစည္းဆိုင္ရာ မွတ္ပံုတင္ျခင္း ဥပေဒၾကမ္းကို အတည္ျပဳမျပ႒ာန္းႏိုင္ေသးမီ ၆/၈၈ ဥပေဒကို ဆိုင္းငံ့ထားေပးရန္ အေလးအနက္ေျပာၾကားလိုပါေၾကာင္း   ၈၈ မ်ဳိးဆက္ ေက်ာင္းသားေခါင္းေဆာင္တစ္ဦးျဖစ္သူ ဦးကိုကိုႀကီးက ၾသဂုတ္ ၁၅ ရက္တြင္ ေနျပည္ေတာ္၌ ျပဳလုပ္ေသာ အထက္ပါေတြ႕ဆံုပဲြတြင္ ေျပာၾကားခဲ့ျခင္းျဖစ္သည္။ 

ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံအထက္ပိုင္း အရပ္ဘက္အဖဲြ႕အစည္းမ်ား၏ ကိုယ္စားလွယ္ျဖစ္သူ လား႐ႈိးၿမိဳ႕ HIV အမ်ဳိးသမီးႏွင့္ကေလးမ်ားကို က်န္းမာေရး၊ ပညာေရးႏွင့္ အျခားေထာက္ပံ့ေရးရိပ္သာမွ မေနာ္ေဘြမူက ““ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္ရဲ႕ အရပ္ဘက္အဖဲြ႕အစည္းမ်ားကို အဟန္႔အတားျဖစ္ေစတဲ့ ၆/၈၈ ဥပေဒကိုလည္း လံုး၀ဖ်က္သိမ္းသင့္ခ်ိန္ေရာက္ေနပါၿပီ”” ဟူ၍ ေတြ႕ဆံုပဲြတြင္ ေျပာၾကားခဲ့သည္။

ျပည္သူ႔လႊတ္ေတာ္ ျပည္သူ႔ေရးရာစီမံခန္႔ခဲြမႈေကာ္မတီ အတြင္းေရးမွဴး ဦးတင္ေမာင္ဦးကလည္း မူၾကမ္းအျဖစ္ ေရးဆဲြထားေသာ သင္းဖဲြ႕မွတ္ပံုတင္ျခင္း ဥပေဒၾကမ္းသည္ ၆/၈၈ ဥပေဒကို အေျခခံၿပီးေရးဆဲြကာ ျပည္သူကို ခ်ျပျခင္းျဖစ္ေသာ္လည္း ၎၏ ပုဂၢိဳလ္ေရးအျမင္ႏွင့္ေျပာရလွ်င္ မူ၆/၈၈ ဥပေဒကို မႀကိဳက္ေၾကာင္း ရွင္းလင္းေျပာၾကားခဲ့သည္။

အဆိုပါ  ၆/၈၈ ဥပေဒသည္ လက္ရွိအေျခအေနတြင္ မရွိသင့္ေတာ့ေသာ ဥပေဒျဖစ္၍ ပယ္ဖ်က္ေပးရန္ လႊတ္ေတာ္တြင္ အဆိုတင္ျပေဆြးေႏြးခဲ့ေၾကာင္း ျပည္သူ႔လႊတ္ေတာ္ တရားဥပေဒစိုးမိုးေရး ေကာ္မတီ၀င္ ေဒါက္တာ ေဇာ္ျမင့္ေအာင္က ေျပာၾကားသည္။ ““ဒါေပမဲ့လည္း ျပည္ထဲေရးက လိုေသးတယ္ဆိုလို႔ ဆက္ထားရတယ္”” ဟု ၎က ေျပာၾကားသည္။

၆/၈၈ ဥပေဒသည္ အရပ္ဘက္အဖဲြ႕အစည္းမ်ားအတြက္ အေၾကာင္းမညီၫြတ္လွ်င္ ေထာင္ဒဏ္ငါးႏွစ္က်ခံရေစႏိုင္ေသာ ဖိႏွိပ္သည့္ ဥပေဒအျဖစ္ လူေျပာမ်ားသည့္ ဥပေဒျဖစ္သည္။
