If you block Twitter, you will not be able to use the service, i.e., post tweets.

apparently it blocks https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js which is used on twitter.com itself. I guess it should be authorized on the twitter website. (I couldn't disable it with the statusbar icon when on twitter.com so I have to disable twitter in the addon settings)

Yes, that was the way I did it. Or, it can be "side-stepped" by using a Twitter client.

Also, clicking the log in link does not show the log in form and, if logged in, the follow/unfollow button does not work. Everything works when disabling the sharemenot addon.

Yeah. breaking Twitter buttons on other pages is working as designed. Breaking twitter's buttons *on twitter* is a problem.
Count me as one more user who would like that fixed?
Thanks!

Hi everyone,
Thanks a lot for the reports, and sorry for the trouble! Are you seeing this problem in Chrome or in Firefox (or both)?
I'll take a look and push a fix when I return to reliable Internet access in the new year.
Thanks!
Franzi

Thanks, John. I've fixed the problem in ShareMeNot for Firefox -- it may take a few days to be approved by Mozilla. Please let me know if you still notice problems.
I'll take a look at Chrome in the next several days as well.
Thanks!

Actually, the Chrome version should be fixed now as well (updated in the Chrome Web Store already). Thanks again for the bug reports, and please let me know if you notice anything else.
