Hi,

To get all the info associated with the “Banff Manisfesto” data sources [1], here is the query

http://www.freebase.com/api/service/mqlread?query={"query": [

{

  "limit": 10000,

  "type":  "/user/bio2rdf/public/bm",

  "*":    null

}]}

The schema, as it currently stands, is at [2]

[1] http://www.freebase.com/view/user/bio2rdf/public/bm

[2] http://www.freebase.com/type/schema/user/bio2rdf/public/bm

It is composed of

Database about databases

NAR [1] January, 2008 1345

Pathguide [2] January, 2008 240

Cross-reference listings

GO [3] January, 2008 189

GenBank [4] October, 2007 62

Entrez [5] November, 2004 24

Uniprot [6] December, 2007 118

Data warehouses

EMBL [7] December, 2007 65

IPI [8] December, 2007 44

iProLINK [9] July, 2007 35

LinkDB [10] January, 2008 35

EBI/SRS [11] January, 2008 278

Namespace repositories of larger inititatives

Biomoby [12] January, 2008 424

LSRN [13] July, 2007 187

BM's mashup [14] Total: 3046

Cheers!

Hi Michel,

Is there a way of getting that information as rdf? Does
rdf.freebase.com have a similar (sparql?) query interface to the mql
one?

Cheers,

Peter

Seems to only return 100 results for a single query, and only for a single entity, rather than a query.

Here's an example:
http://rdf.freebase.com/rdf/en/bm_gensat
However if you try to get a list of all the databases using
http://rdf.freebase.com/rdf/user/bio2rdf/public/bm

Then you only get about 90 databases (after 10 other relations are
taken off from the limit of 100 triples).
E.g.

<http://rdf.freebase.com/ns/user.bio2rdf.public.bm>
<http://rdf.freebase.com/ns/type.type.instance>
<http://rdf.freebase.com/ns/en.bm_gensat>.

There are 1826 entries that I'm aware of, so you can't even crawl all
of it starting from the root afaik.
