Zero-to-live is very quick, but the app's also very configurable, so it could take longer, depending on your use case. Check out the Shareabouts Across America message on the Shareabouts Google group. Something like Fitzgerald may be a good fit as well: http://demo.planningpress.org/

Is anyone interested in exploring setting up an instance of Shareabouts that we could make available to the city/community to aid in feedback and community ideation for this project? It's Django and Python. We can host on our AWS or on our Heroku or OpenShift account.

It doesn't really fit with opendata day as a project, but whatever. Anyone interested that can contribute to this idea? It's one of those apps that has a zero to live in less than an hour pitch, but as with Adopta I can't verify that ;-)

Fitzgerald is available as a wordpress plugin so setup is pretty straightforward, though you need to make the map under the slider.
