new Shareabouts features: list view, thank you emails

We've added some new features to Shareabouts recently:
* list view, including search and sort by recent/popular/most comments. Try it here - http://map78.makebrooklynsafer.org/
* confirmation emails to participants after they use the map (e.g. a thank you message).
These new features have been supported by a project we're doing for the Miami Foundation.
