This puzzle is indeed solvable. I took 27 minutes precisely to solve
this using heuristic approach
I made only one heuristic choice and that paid off, as i found the
solution using that choice
My choice was that the FOURTH HOUSE SHOULD BE GREEN.
(There were only two choices Either the First house or the fourth
should be green. As the second house is blue, Third house drinks milk
and fifth house can't be green because of the condition)
