Please send a personal email to your members to sensibilize them about these positions, and the benefits they can derive from the same.

The deadline for submissions is the 30th of November, EOD GMT Time, and all details can be found below.

In the conclusion of the World Seminar we are opening new global positions in ShARE for the next two semesters.

All the details about the positions can be found below:


Deadline :: the 30th of November, EOD GMT.

General application procedure :: the member shall email at exco@share-share.org the following under an appropriate email subject:

1. Updated CV 
2. A letter of motivation, indicating by preference order which position to apply, mentioning the achievements in ShARE and career so far  
3. Latest ShARE output (Presentation, IHP, etc.)

 - Some Senior Global Membership positions might require additional steps that will be mailed to you after your application is received.

General Requirements :: Global membership minimum criteria below:

+ High level of output quality (mark greater than 3.8, preferred over 4.2) 
Confirmed member with at least 2 more semesters to commit (preferred if more 3 semesters)
No management responsibility in other organizations
+ Available 8 hours per week in average, 3 minimum (including, exams, internships, vacation) and 14 hours during free weeks.

Open Positions :: Campus, Networks, Dev and Knowledge Pole

+ Senior Global Membership positions (Additional requirements apply: higher level of output quality, higher availability, plus extra ones below)

- vCoP Campus :: Role - Co-manage of all ShARE teams in ShARE, monitor performance, fix problems and standardize ShARE models

- Extra requirement: necessary to have had leadership experience in ShARE

- vCoP Networks :: Role - co-manage all ShARE Knowledge Networks, monitor performance, trigger the knowledge sharing, improve quality of otuputs, fix problems and standardize ShARE models 

- Extra requirement: necessary to have had network leadership experience in ShARE 

- vCoP Projects :: Role - co-manage all ShARE knowledge projects, recruit and train project teams, pitch for new global projets

- Extra requirement: necessary to have had Global Project experience in ShARE

Knowledge Pole Member :: Role - assist in the validation of outputs, cooperate with Networks for the publishing of knowledge articles and quality review of member access content

- Extra requirement: necessary to have had Global Project experience or outstanding output quality


+ Global Membership positions

Campus :: vP Regions support mostly the CoP Campus, but also other ShARE Global members and are specially in charge of a) bringing advise to CoPs on cultural aspects, education systems and timing and coordinating with other Ps, b) identifying potential universities to set up ShARE teams, contacting them in coordination of the Development Pole and c) developing relationship with local business and social partners, and helping CoP Projects to pitch for new projects.

- vP Europe, Africa and Brazil
- vP South Asia (Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal)
- vP East Asia (South Korea, Indonesia)
- vP India

 - Extra requirement: necessary to belong to the respective region

+ Networks :: Knowledge Network Presidents manage their respective Knowledge Networks, focusing on improving the quality of its outputs, trigger the knowledge sharing between members via the member access and monitor their network entities. vKNPs have the same responsibilities, but on a smaller scale.

+ Development Pole :: Dev Pole Members develop new teams in target universities, identify new targets, establish contacts with students and follow up the creation process
